Accommodation
6 floors with 138 bedrooms with direct or indirect views to the sea, all with balconies. 12 of our rooms are Family rooms overlooking at the sea and the pool area.

Air Conditioning
It is operating only when your Room key-card is inserted. It turns off automatically when the balcony doors are open.

Baby Cots / Cribs
If you need a baby cot / crib, please contact the Reception

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Guests are kindly required to check-out by 12:00 on the day of departure. Should you require a late check-out, please contact
Reception who will advise you of the availability and charge.

Conference and Banqueting Facilities
The hotel has one air conditioned meeting room catering up to 30 delegates. Also, for private parties and events our spacious bar’s sea view terrace, the swimming pool area and the platform by the sea are available. Tailor made catering and event packages are available. Please contact Reception to ask for a show-round or email at: manager@harmonyhotel.com.cy

For assistance with car hire, please contact Reception.

Car Parking
Free car parking for all Residents at the front of the Hotel. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to vehicles or belongings left inside
vehicles in the car park.

Credit and Debit Cards
All major credit cards accepted. Please be advised that when settling the bill by credit card, debit card or cash, it is our policy that payment for the entire stay will be
taken upon check-in.

Doctor / Dentist / Pharmacy
Should you require the assistance of a doctor or dentist, please speak to our Reception team who will be able to provide you the contact details. We are also
pleased to name you the closest pharmacies on duty.

Dry Cleaning / Laundry
This service is available Monday to Saturday (excluding National Holidays). Please ask Reception for prices and service.

Electricity Voltage
The Hotel’s electrical supply is 220/240v. Adapters are available on loan from the Reception. In case of not returning them a charge will be applied.

Emergency
Fire: Please familiarize yourself with the fire evacuation instructions, including directions to your nearest emergency exit, displayed on the back of your entry door
as well as on each floor’s corridors. In the event of the fire alarms being activated please leave the building via the nearest escape route.

- Under no circumstances should the lifts be used to evacuate.
- Do not stop to collect personal belongings.
- Assemble at the evacuation point at the parking in front of the hotel building.

First Aid: First aiders are available, please contact Reception Emergency Lighting: In the event of a power failure, emergency lighting will come on throughout the building. Candles are not permitted in the bedrooms in the interest of safety.

Excursions / Water Sports
Please contact Reception. They will be happy to help you with information about attractions around Cyprus, recommend places to visit and help you make
reservations with local agents.

Food & Drink
There is one main Restaurant in the Hotel where we serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 09:45am.
Lunch is served from 12:30 – 14:00pm
Dinner is served from 19:00 – 21:30

Try our Restaurant’s theme nights with a different buffet every night. For reservations, prices and special offers please ask the Reception.

Room Service is available from 09:30-21:00. Please dial 709 to request a menu and place your order. There is a €3 tray charge per order.
Bar - Our hotel bar is located on the ground floor between the lobby area and the swimming pool. At our bar you can also enjoy lunch, dinner or a snack from our A la
Carte menu while enjoying the swimming pool and sea views. Opening hours are  from 10:00 - 24:00.

Gym and Sauna
Available on the hotel’s lower ground floor. Operating hours are from 10:00am – 18:00 and more information you can get from the Reception. There is no supervision
of these facilities and rules are applied.

Hairdryer
Available in each room and are located in the drawer in front of the bedroom mirror.

Iron
Available on request. Please contact Reception. Key-card

For safety and security reasons, please hand in your key-card at Reception before leaving the premises. In the event of a lost or misplaced key-card please contact
Reception immediately. In case of losing it an extra charge will be applied.

Linen & towels
To limit the environmental impact, our Housekeeping team are changing your linen and towels every three days.

Lost & Found
Should something go lost during your stay or you forget something on your departure, we will make every effort to locate the lost property and if found we will
retain it discreetly in our Housekeeper’s office.

Luggage
Please contact Reception if you wish to store your luggage for a few hours after check-out time. Please note luggage storage can only be provided whilst you are a
resident of the hotel.

Maintenance
From time to time things do break down and require attention. Please contact Reception and our Hotel engineers will attend the problem.

Mini Bar
There are no Mini Bars in the rooms. You can hire yours with only €5 per day. Please contact Reception for further assistance.

Safety Deposit Boxes
There are safes in each room. Additional charges are applied. We can also keep your valuables in our safes at the Reception. Please ask the Reception for more
information.

Swimming Pool and Children’s Pool
Situated in the hotel’s front sea premises. A lifeguard is supervising the pool between 10:00am – 18:00pm. Please note that for health & safety reasons all the drinks served around the pool and by the sea are served in plastic glasses.

Sunbeds & Umbrellas
Available for free for our hotel’s Residents. Reserving of sunbeds is not allowed. We kindly request our guests not to leave towels or personal belongings on the sunbeds to reserve them around the pool or beach areas. In order to secure sunbed availability for everyone we will be removing all personal belongings found
unattended up until 10:00 am. These will be kept at the Reception desk for a few hours.\

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor public areas of the hotel and in the rooms. It is permitted only in the outdoor areas and on the balconies of the rooms. If you are
found to be smoking in the bedroom you will be liable to a €75 environmental cleaning charge.

Taxi services
Taxis can be booked via Reception and is advisable to book in advance.
